Getting Started

What? 100-something episodes?! If you're feeling a little overwhelmed by all the audio content, you've come to the right place. Because this page is created just for you - to give you a headstart in the 23rd century.

Below you'll first find a list of essential and kind of essential episodes. These episodes ended up covering most of the 23rd century basics, and the concepts explained in those episodes regularly return in later episodes. After listening to these, you're good to jump in anywhere. No need to listen to every single episode per se - we understand that 21st century people are very busy!

These essential episodes are followed by a few episodes that are totally not essential, but give a good impression of what the show is about. They include a live episode, an episode with a guest and a few of our personal favourites.

Then, at the bottom, you'll find the 23rd century lexicon. In a simple alphabetical list, the most important terms of the show are explained. It's not Alipedia, but it'll do.

If, after going through all of this, you still feel a little confused when listening to our episodes… don't worry! That's normal. Sometimes we lose track ourselves! At (in) our age, it's widely accepted to suddenly forget what a car, phone, book or website is for example. Yup!

Have fun!
